INGREDIENTS

350/400g macaroni boiled in a little olive oil an salt till done an set aside (save some pasta water)
1 cup chicken fillet cut into cubes washed an cleaned1 teaspoon green chilli paste 1 teaspoon garlic paste 1 teaspoon @aminaswonderspiceuk peri peri masala 1 teaspoon ginger garlic1 teaspoon wholegrain mustard1 cup frozen sweetcorn @asda1 yellow or green pepper cubed6 to 8 mushrooms sliced1 onion diced3 garlic gloves diced2 tablespoon butter2 tablespoon olive oilHalf a tin chopped tomatoes1 handful chopped fresh corriander1 cup chedder cheese @aldiuk 150ml double cream
Spices1 teaspoon salt1 teaspoon Black pepper 1 teaspoon kashmiri red chilli powder 1 teaspoon cumin powder 1 teaspoon whole cumin1 teaspoon dana Jeeru (Cumin)Half teaspoon tumeric 2 teaspoon prego spice1 teaspoon lemon an herb 1 teaspoon garlic an herb 1 teaspoon chilli lemon spice1 teaspoon smoked paprika1 teaspoon dried parsley 1 teaspoon dried mixed herbs1 teaspoon oregano

METHOD

In a pot add : butter, olive oil, diced onions, garlic and whole cumin,l braise till golden then add : the chicken, green chilli paste, garlic paste, mustard, ginger garlic, and peri peri masala Braise for a few minutes before adding in your sweetcorn thereafter add in all the spices above add some water if its too dry and cook for a few minutes then add in the tomatoes , mushrooms and peppers cover with the slid an allow to cook together on med heat till thick but not dry (abt 10min)Add in your cream, corriander and cheese allow to infuse together for a few minutes b4 add in your pasta an saved pasta waterAllow to cook together for a further 5minGarnish with coriander an serve immediatelyEnjoy 😍
