Mash5 potatoes boiled and meshed1 tablespoon ghee (Clarified butter)Half cup milk1 tablespoon garlic paste 1 tablsp green chillie paste1 teaspoon black pepperSalt
Method:Heat oil in a pot . Add garlic and green chilli paste. Braise for few seonds .Add potatoes, black pepper, salt & milk .Mix well. Remove from heat. Scoop in a tray keep aside.
Tangy tomato Chutney 2 med tomatoes chopped1 tablespoon garlic paste 1 teaspoon red chilli powder 1 teaspoon dhana powder 1 teaspoon zeera powder SaltSplash of lemon juice 3 tablespoon Oil
Method:Heat oil in a wok.Add garlic paste and braise for few minutes than add the tomatoes. Braise till tomatoes turn soft and mashy. Add all the spices and lemon juice. Add some water and cook for 2 minutes. Remove from heat. When cooled off using a stick blender, blend the Chutney to give it a smooth look. Keep aside.
Tangy mayo sauce2 cups mayonnaise Half cup vinegarHalf bunch green dhania (coriander) chopped 2 whole green chillies chopped Half onion chopped Salt black pepper Method Mix the mayonnaise and vinegar. Add all chopped ingredients than add salt and pepper. Mix well. Keep aside.
Throw the tangy mayo sauce over the scooped potatoes than throw over the tangy tomato Chutney. Garnish with green dhania (coriander). Goes best with grills. Serve as a salad when having a bbq or as desired. Enjoy
