1 CUP flour 1 tablespoon sugar1 tablespoon milk powder½ tablespoon yeast½ tablespoon baking powder2 tablespoon cornstarch 1 tablespoon oil ¾ CUP sourmilk *THE SYRUP:1 cup sugar ½ cup water.3 - 4 drops lemon juice
Mix all the ingredients together until it forms a smooth, thick batter. Cover and let it rest for approximately 30 minutes or until double in size *Mix all the syrup ingredients together and let it simmer for 5 minutes then set aside Turn your piping bag inside out and brush it with oil. Turn it back.Release the air from the batter by mixing again then pour it into the piping bag Cut a hole (about 1cm away from the edge of your piping bag) Fry on medium high heat oil for +- 2 minutes or until golden (keep on turning the balls.)Remove from the oil and toss it into the syrup for a few seconds Top with your favourite toppings I used almonds Enjoy ❤
