Chocolate Chip Cookie Pizza

INGREDIENTS

200g butter, room temperature 90g white sugar 90g brown sugar 1 egg 1 teaspoon. Vanilla
Add all to a bowl and beat till creamy +- 3 to 5 minutes.

METHOD

250g flour 1 teaspoon. Baking ¼ teaspoon. Salt Add them into the wet ingredients and mix on low till it forms a dough.
Now add in 50g of chocolate chip and mix using a spatula.
Add the dough to an 8-inch circle pan and bake @ 180 for 15 to 20 minutes

INFO & TIPS

The dough needs to be stif if it too runny add in 1 tbsp at a time.
Till it forms a cookie dough texture
