RECIPE
1 whole fillet with slits ( soak, wash & drain well)Marinate inI heap teaspoon Ina Paarmans lemon pepper 1 heap teaspoon Ina Paarmans garlic pepper 1 teaspoon mustard powder1 teaspoon Robertson’s steak & chops spice1 teaspoon Robertson’s bbq spice1 heap teaspoon rough red chillies 2 heap teaspoon @mariams_masala ( red special masala)3 tablespoon vinegar 1 tablespoon Worcester sauce ½ cup tomato sauce 2 tablespoon Wellington’s sweet chilli sauce2 tablespoon nandos medium hot sauce ( use mild if you prefer3 tablespoon oilMarinate for a few hours or overnight Place in oven panDot with butterCover with foil & bake at 160 for 21/2 hrsEnjoy!!!
I did it for 25 minutes in the instant cooker...and then grilled for 10 minutes in the oven ..
