INGREDIENTS
2 c fine vermicelli½ c butterTin Condensed milk (to taste)Enough milk to cook vermicelliElachi (cardomom) powder to taste1TB sultanas1 tin cream (to taste)
METHOD
Braise vermicelli and sultanas in butter.As vermicelli begins to change color and sultanas are swollen,add the milk.Immediately lower heat and allow to cook slowly until milk is absorbed and the vermicelli is soft.Add Elachi (cardomom) powder and cream and condensed milk (sweeten according to your liking)Allow to cook till dry like pudding.Decorate as desired.
