500g Mince1 teaspoon ginger garlic1 teaspoon dhana jeera powder+- 1 tablespoon green chilli paste¼ teaspoon Tumeric (Black pepper or lemon pepper is optional) 2-3 tablespoon any Brand Seekh Kabaab mix spice 1 grated onion Few chopped shallot Few chopped Green dhania (coriander) Mix all of the above together Adjust the salt Mix well Make like long thick like ropes and press in the wooden skewerAnd now mould the mince Roll in crushed black pepper or whole crushed dhania (coriander) seeds with mint Freeze Grill when required.. Baste with more butter as you grillingServe with Fresh fries and salads and Naan roti or pittaEnjoy
