¼ cup oil1 medium onion sliced1 large tomatoe liquidised1 teaspoon fennel seeds1 teaspoon sesame seedsSalt to taste1 teaspoon ginger garlic masala1 teaspoon chillie powder½ teaspoon turmeric powder½ teaspoon dherna jeeroo powder400gr cut bindi
METHOD
Saute onions sesame seeds and fennel seeds in oil till u get a fragrant aromaAdd in dry and wet spices braise for 1 minutes or 2 add in tomatoes and the okra mix well and cook on low heat till done(as it cooks the slimy texture will disappear)Add alittle water if needed
