INGREDIENTS
2x Medium Eggs1 Cup Sugar½ teaspoon Cinnamon powder1 & ¼ teaspoon Vanilla Essence¾ Cup Boiling Water¾ Cup Oil1 & ½ Cup Cake Flour, sifted2 & ½ teaspoon Baking powderPinch Salt5 teaspoon Cold Milk1 Banana, mashed🍌
Makes 24Just a few ingredients & leftover bananas🤔👍
METHOD
In a mixing bowl add the eggs & sugar, oil & beat with the electric beater for 3 minutes on low speed. Add the Boiling Water... add bit by bit... & stir slowly. Add the cinnamon & the rest of the dry ingredients... Add the essence, banana, & milk lastly. Pour the batter half way into each muffin cup. Bake @180 degrees for 20-25 minutes depending on your oven.
INFO & TIPS
Add a few choc chips if you like😊Add less... 3/4 Cup sugar instead
