INGREDIENTS
Syrup:
3 cups sugar
1 and ½ cups water.
2-3 strands Saffron.
drop of lemon Juice
few drops rose essence
1 tin condensed milk
5ooml Self Raising flour
2 eggs
½ teaspoon Elachi (cardomom) powder
30ml butter or ghee (Clarified butter)
1o ml semolina
oil for frying
METHOD
Boil sugar & water
together till syrupy.
Add essence & lemon leaveaside.
Add dry ingredients
together with ghee (Clarified butter)
Rub in butter/ghee (Clarified butter).
Stir in cond milk & eggs mix
to a soft dough. Shape into
finger lengths & deepfry over
medium heat until golden brown.
Drain then dip inhot syrup.
Roll in coconut.

jamun to b soaked
In syrup leave in
syrup for at least an
hour:)
