INGREDIENTS
1 chicken cut up
2 teaspoon ginger garlic paste 1 teaspoon red chilli paste 2 tablespoon tomato sauce2 tablespoon chilli sauce 2 tablespoon lemon juice
1 teaspoon salt ΒΌ teaspoon tumeric powder 1 teaspoon crushed red chillies 1 teaspoon chilli powder 1 teaspoon chicken spice1 teaspoon bbq spiceΒΌ teaspoon black pepper
2 tablespoon ghee (Clarified butter)2 tablespoon oil1 tablespoon garlic chopped
1 onion cut into chunksΒ½ each of robot peppers cut into chunks 2 tomatoes cut into chunks 1 green chilli
dhania (coriander) for garnish
METHOD
1. Marinate the chicken with all the spices for a few hours.2. Heat the ghee (Clarified butter) and oil in a pot , add the garlic and braise until it turns pink.3. Add the chicken and cook for 30 minutes. 4.
