INGREDIENTS
1 Cup water1/2 Cup butter (125g)1 Cup flour4 eggs
METHOD
Bring the water and butter to a boil then add in flour all at onceCook stirring until mixture comes together in a ballRemove from heat and beat in eggs 1 at a time until mixture is velvety and smoothPipe onto baking traysBake at 200 for 30mins then lower temperature to 150 and bake for 20mins
Slice in half and fill with fresh cream or custard and drizzle melted chocolate over
