Peel and cube 3 potatoes. Boil till soft. Drain and rinse 1 can chicpeas. To a pan with ghee (Clarified butter) add:Few chopped curry leaves ½ teaspoon whole jeeru (cumin) ½ teaspoon mustard seeds Add in boiled potatoes Chicpeas 2 teaspoon chaat masala 1 teaspoon garam masala 1 teaspoon dhana jeeroo Pinch of arad (Turmeric).
METHOD
Liquidise ½ tin sour cream with 1 clove garlic dhania (coriander) saltSet aside 1 tablespoon. Add to potatoes with ½ chopped red onion.Empty into serving dish. Drizzle sour cream Mix over potatoes. Drizzle red samoosa chutney. Sprinkle dhania (coriander) and chopped red onion. (I crushed crisp) garnish with fried parr.
