INGREDIENTS
4 large eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla ess
¾ cup castor sugar
½ cup flour
½ mazeina
1 teaspoon b . powder
METHOD
Beat egg whites stiff add sugar and beat well.add
egg yolks and vanilla ess beat.add mazeina ,beat
that add flour and b.powder beat.bake in greased
swissroll tray on 180 for ±10mins when cake is
cool cut into 4 parts.
Custard: 1/2L
milk and 1 teaspoon sugar boil together. dissolve 3 ½
tablespoon custard powder milk.add to boiling milk. mix
well boil till think remove frm heat stand for
5mins then add 60gr butter and ½ cup castor
sugar. Mix well when warm layer cake ending with
custard. Spread whipped fresh cream on top and
sides . Decorate with badam (almond) or chocolate
