DOUBLE THIS RECIPE FOR A LARGE QUANTITYNo Chana Flour nor Mielie meal
1 Can Cream style corn ( or whole kennel corn in can I discard the water) Place In a dish
1 tin whole Kennel Corn style (half blended/crushed) liquid removed
1 chopped /grated onionHand full green dhania (coriander)1 tablespoon green chilli paste (add more re if you prefer)1 teaspoon Dhana Jeera powder¼ teaspoon Tumeric¼ teaspoon white pepper Little Crushed Jeeru (Cumin)Handful of green chopped dhania (coriander)
In a dish add1 Cup Cake Flour.2 tablespoon baking powder (4 teaspoon)1 teaspoon salt90 g Melted Butter¼ Cup OilNOW ADD3 eggs well beaten slowlyMix well with hand mixtureNOWAdd +- ¼ cup milk if necessary to get a slightly thickish (like cup cake batter) TIP OR ADD FRESH CREAM INSTEAD OF MILK OR NESTLE CREAM ITS TEXTURE IS SOFT AND SPONGYADD ½ Cup grated Cheese (OPTIONAL)Pour in greased casserole or in muffin pansSPRINKLE SESAME OR POPPY SEEDS ON TOPBake at 180 for +- 25-30 minutesIt will be soft dont worry it will settle as it coolsIn medium size casserole for height (silver medium tray)Cut in squares when cool..Enjoy with red chutney
