500g beef mince 2 tomatoes puréed 2 tablespoon tomato paste 1 large onion cubes 1 can kidney beans of 410g drained Salt1 large red pepper diced 1 beef stock cube 1 tablespoon oil 1 tablespoon hot chili powder 1 tablespoon 2 garlic cloves1 teaspoon ground cumin
In a pot put oil and onions . Let it cook till soft . Put in the diced pepper and the cloves of garlic finely diced. Allow to soften . Put in your mince and cook till brown stirring occasionally . Mince should be bite size . Now add in all the rest of the ingredients besides the beans and crumble in the beef stock . If u don’t hav beef stock use 2 cubes of dark chocolate. Cook till semi dry . Add in the beans and continue cooking tell slightly wet . Taste for salt and chili . U might need more. Switch off the heat and leave the chilli covered for 10 minutes before serving . This helps the flavors to mingle . Serve with a dollop of sour cream and rice . I stirred in the sour cream and served with a mash .
