Coconut Cluster Cookies

INGREDIENTS

Tastes like Bounty chocolate 💙
Cookie250g butter1 and ¼ cups icing sugar4 tablespoons cocoa1 heaped cup dessicated coconutPinch of salt 2 cups flour½ teaspoon bicarbonate of soda

METHOD

CookieCream butter and sugar well with paddle attachment. Mix dry ingredients together and add to above.Form into 30g balls and bake for 10-12 minutes until edges are set. You can bake for another few minutes if you like crisp cookies.Remove and cool.

INFO & TIPS

Delicious but quite sweet... You can decrease the amount of sugar if desired.
These would be amazing dipped in egg white and rolled in coconut, like coconut nests.
