Coconut Cluster Cookies

INGREDIENTS

Tastes like Bounty chocolate 💙
Cookie250g butter1 and ¼ cups icing sugar4 tablespoons cocoa1 heaped cup dessicated coconutPinch of salt 2 cups flour½ teaspoon bicarbonate of soda
Glaze½ cup icing sugar1 tablespoon cocoa1 teaspoon cinnamon1 Tablespoon hot water

METHOD

CookieCream butter and sugar well with paddle attachment. Mix dry ingredients together and add to above.Form into 30g balls and bake for 10-12 minutes until edges are set. You can bake for another few minutes if you like crisp cookies.Remove and cool.
GlazeMix together ingredients and add more water if necessary, a drop at a time. Drizzle over cookies. This glaze sets hard like chocolate.

INFO & TIPS

Delicious but quite sweet... You can leave out the glaze.
These would be amazing dipped in egg white and rolled in coconut, like coconut nests.
