Season hake Medallions with salt and pepper and lightly fry in oil,then set aside. In another pot,heat oil,add the sliced onion and cook till translucent. Then add the peppers,and saute for 2 minutes. Keep stirring.Next,add tomato paste and cook until oil comes to the surface Add in your seasonings and cook for a further minute. Add a little water if you prefer a gravy.Then add the cooked fish. Simmer for a few minutes before serving with rice or roti.

I didn't have robot peppers so I only used red and the results were just as good.
