INGREDIENTS
250g Butter¾ cup Castor Sugar1 teaspoon Vanilla essence¼ cup Oil¼ cup Almond (sliced)¼ cup Pecan (chopped)½ cup Pistachios (chopped)½ cup Corn flourFlour to form soft doughDesiccated coconutWhite Chocolate (Milkybar/Cadbury Dream)
METHOD
Cream butter and sugar thereafter add in oil, vanilla essence, almond, pecan, pistachios, corn flour and flour as required to form a soft dough.
Roll into small balls (15g each ball) and bake at 120°c for +/- 30 minutes. Dip in melted chocolate and roll in desiccated coconut.
INFO & TIPS
Toast almonds and pecans very lightly to intensify.
It's not exactly how Raffaello taste, but it's a family favourite and worth trying it!🤤😋
