1⁄4 cup sugar
1⁄2 cup milk
1 1⁄2 cups flour
2 teaspoon fennel seeds
1 1⁄2 tablespoon ghee (Clarified butter)
2 teaspoon baking powder
Rub ghee (Clarified butter) in flour & add fennel seeds.
Beat together eggs and sugar and add milk.
Add egg mixture to flour and leave for and hour.
Then add baking powder.
Fry in deep oil until rosey brown
