INGREDIENTS
1 cup sugar
1 egg
1 tablespoon apricot jam
1 cup cake flour
1/4cup self-raising flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
Pinch of salt
1 tablespoon melted butter
1 teaspoon vinegar
1 cup milk
1 teaspoon BI soda
Syrup:
1 cup fresh cream or Ideal milk
4tblsp butter
1cup sugar
½ cup water
1 teaspoon vanilla ess
METHOD
Whisk the sugar,egg&jam 2ged.Add the
sifted dry ingredients.& mix well.
Stir butter,vinegar,milk&BI soda 2ged in
a bowl. Add 2 the batter&whisk until
well combined.
Pour in2 cup cake tray, spray and cook
tray be for pouring.
Bake @ 180 15-20mins or till skewer
comes out clean .
Pour syrup over hot pudding.Serve with
fresh cream or ice cream.
Syrup:
Stir all ingredients.4 d syrup 2ged in a
saucepan over medium heat.Bring 2a boil
then remove from heat.Allow to cool.
