Boil 3 cups rice ½ wayFry 6 potatoes
Marinate 1½ kg chicken pieces with:2 teaspoon @purespice_sa ginger 🫚 garlic 1 teaspoon @purespice_sa biryani masala1 teaspoon @purespice_sa red chilli 🌶 paste 1 teaspoon @purespice_sa tikka masala2 teaspoon @purespice_sa dhana jeeroo 1 teaspoon @purespice_sa all purpose blend 1 teaspoon @purespice_sa curry powder1 teaspoon @purespice_sa garam masala 3 teaspoon chilli powder 4 tablespoon lemon 🍋 juice 1 teaspoon black pepper Salt1 teaspoon arad (Turmeric)¾ cup sour milk ½ cup fresh cream ½ can tomato puree Saffron essence Slit chillies
Braise 2 sliced onions in ghee (Clarified butter) with few cloves Taj peppercorns slit chillies whole jeeru (cumin) Add in chicken Cook 20 minutes.
Cool slightly. Lay Potatoes over gravy.Sprinkle lotsbif dhania (coriander)Top with rice sprinkle fried onions 🌰 and dhania (coriander) put few blobs butter. Cover with foil and steam in oven for 45 minutes.Serve with dahy and kachumbar
