RECIPE

I made few amendments 1 kg fillets butterflied 2 teaspoon @purespice_sa red ♥️ ginger 🫚 garlic 1 tablespoon chilli powder 1 teaspoon chicken spice1 teaspoon bbq spice (I used calcutta grill dust)SaltLemon 🍋 juice Marinate aboveBake 20 minutes.
B.b.q sauceBoil: ½ cup tomato sauce ½ cup brown sugar 2 tablespoon vinegar 2 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce 2 tablespoon soy sauce
Baste chicken with sauce.Garnish with chopped dhania (coriander) I served with creamy veggies @mykitchenza and lekker coleslaw
