500g Klim Milk Powder1 X Dessert cream (I used only 1x 155 can )Mix and rub well to resemble bread crumbs.Keep aside
In a Pot on the Stovemix and Add
60 g Butter (¼ Cup)1x 380g Ideal evaporated milk1Cup Sugar+- ¾ Cup Icing Sugar(lessen if you prefer
Bring to Boil keep stirringReduce heat to avoid burning+- 15 minutesKeep stirring till you get a thick custard orPudding like consistency
NOW REMOVE FROM STOVE
Gradually add the Klim mixtureKeep stirring until all mixture is combined and you have a puddingLike textureAddFreshly ground Elachi (cardomom)+- 2 tablespoon of Almond powderMix well.Pour into a casseroleSprinkle Almonds over allow to set beforeCutting into Blocks
Do not add the Almonds etcIF you prefer to Cut Shapes or useThe Icecream ScoopAllow to set to firm up a bitThenCut shapes etcThen decorate with AlmondsYou may use Pistachios or pecansNote:
