1 box phyllo pastry 4 cups chopped nuts2 tablespoon cinnamon powder ½ cup sugar
1 cup melted butter
Syrup:1 ½ cups sugar 1 ¼ cup water ½ cup golden syrup Boil above and cool completely.
Grease tray with butter. Brush 1 sheet phyllo pastry with butterFold into 4Sprinkle nuts Roll up tightly Brush butter and slice into cigars.Bake @160⁰ for 40 minutes.Pour cold syrup over immediately sprinkle badam (almond) and allow to set few hours.
I have used 6 sheets phyllo pastry and 1¼ cup chopped nuts2 teaspoon cinnamon powder½ cup sugar
