INGREDIENTS
1 c samp boiled1 onion sliced1 teaspoon jeera seeds1 clove garlic choppedA small piece of ginger choppedGreen chilli choppedFew curry leaves2TB cream of mushroom soup powder dissolved in 3TB hot waterSalt and black pepper to taste
METHOD
Heat oil in a pot and add the onion and jeera seeds.
Saute until light brown. Add in the ginger,garlic, green chilli and curry leaves. Cook for a few minutes,then add in the cooked,and samp cream of mushroom soup mixture. Season with salt and black pepper.
Allow to simmer for a few minutes,then serve.
INFO & TIPS
You may omit salt as the soup powder already has salt.
