INGREDIENTS
400g Steak mince or Beef(any1 Onion ,chopped1 green chillie,1 teaspoon Garlic paste,2 old spice or ¼ teaspoon old spice powder, 1 clove or ¼ teaspoon clove powder ,1 tomato,grated or1 cup mixed vegetable2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce2 teaspoon tomato paste,½ teaspoon Black pepper¼ teaspoon Salt2 teaspoon OilNutmeg or mixed herbs (any one7 large potatoes cooked & mashed with butter & milk & a quarter cup grated cheese..Add 2 bayleafs ,gives flavor👌
METHOD
Braise the onion in a pot with oil added until lightly brown in colour.Add the spices,garlic, & then your mince & cook until thick ,add in chopped tomato or mixed veg..Add 2 teaspoon flour with ¼ cup water & cook until the mince thickens.Set it aside too cool.Add this filling to your pyrex dish with lighty oil at the bottom ..top it with mash & sprinkle some nutmeg on top..Make a lovely pattern !Bake @180 degrees for 30-40 minutes max.Served with yellow rice and tomato smoortjie 😋Also with a salad /garlic rolls 🌺🌺🌺🇵🇸
