INGREDIENTS
40g butter
30 ml vinegar
340g sugar
30ml water
60ml golden syrup
METHOD
combine all ingredients and stir continuously till begins
to boil.cover with lid and boil for 2 minutes.uncover and
continue cooking till thick about 5 minutes. pour into
buttered tray 23 cm by 34 cm.while warm cut into
blocks with sharp knife that has been dipped in oil.allow
to cool.
