500g chicken fillet cut into small pieces 1 teaspoon Ginger paste ½ teaspoon Garlic Paste 1 teaspoon grounded green chillies. ½ teaspoon Tumeric ½ teaspoon dhania (coriander) powder. ¼ teaspoon Jeeru (Cumin) powder. Salt to taste.
For the filling,cook the chicken pieces in about 2 tablespoon of oil and add the spices.
Roll out the pastry and cut into squares or rounds and fill the square or the round with the filling and brush the edges with the beaten egg. Press with fork on the edges to make the edges look nice. . Bake in oven on 210C, until brown.. ENJOY
