INGREDIENTS
1 chicken disjointed
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon red masala
1 teaspoon fine red chillies
1 teaspoon fine green chillies
1/2 teaspoon arad (Turmeric)
1/4c oil
¼ c water
3 eggs
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon fine jeeru (cumin)
1/2 teaspoon fine green chillies
1/4 teaspoon arad (Turmeric)
Flour for sprinkling
METHOD
Marinate chicken in first 5 ingredients
Put in pot, with oil and water
Cook on medium heat until chicken is soft and dry
Whisk eggs and rest of ingredients( make sure
theres no flour lumps)
Lay chicken on a tray, sprinkle flour over chicken
bith sides( very little flour)
Preheat a pan with shallow oil
Dip chicken pieces in egg mixture and fry in oil until
golden brown both sides.
Serve
INFO & TIPS
If you preparing chicken way before meal times, to
heat chicken leave in oven for half our before
serving. Do not microwave.
