Bar One Cake

INGREDIENTS

4 extra large eggs1cup castor sugar½ a cup of oil2 tablespoons of cocoa1 cup lukewarm water2 large Bar One chocolates1 ½ cups of flour1 tablespoon of maizena (corn flour) 4 teaspoons of baking powder
Topping :2 bar one chocolates chopped 4 tablespoons of milkMelt together in microwave.

METHOD

Beat eggs,sugar and oil until light and fluffy.
Mix the cocoa in the water.Chop up the chocolate and add to the water mixture.Sift flour,maizena (corn flour) and baking powder.Add chocolate mixture to egg mixture, add the sifted dry ingredients and mix well.
Pre-heat oven to 180 degrees.
Spray caserole dish of 30cm and turn out mixture into it.
Bake for about approximately 30 minutes.Topping must be poured over cake whilst it is hot.
