1 roll pattha.
1 can creamstyle sweetcorn.
1 green pepper.
1 cup Fresh cream.
1 teaspoon Green chillies.
1 teaspoon crushed garlic.
½ Cup cold milk and 1 tablespoon Flour- whisk together.
Salt & Pepper.
Slice pattha. Drizzle oil and bake in oven till done.
Cube onions and saute in 2 tablespoon Butter, once soft, add
cubed green pepper, garlic and chillies for few minutes
till peppers are done. Then add sweetcorn, salt and
black pepper and cook for 5 minutes. Add flour and milk
mixture to it and stir till milk combined and mixture
slightly thick. Remove frm stove and let it cool slightly.
In a bowl add 2 tablespoon Steers Peri peri sauce, 2 tablespoon
Mayo and the fresh cream. Whisk it and add to
sweetcorn mixture. Layer pattha in casserole and
pour mixture all over. Sprinkle cheese and 1 finely
chopped de- seeded red chilli over and bake till it
melts. Serve with fried crushed samoosa pur over it.
INFO & TIPS
Garnish crushed pur with a pinch of paprika and
sprinkle sesame seeds . Mix it thru.
