INGREDIENTS
3 slices bread (remove crust)
1 cup milk
30g butter
green chillies
1 tin tuna - drained
1 ½ cups grated cheese
3 eggs
dhania (coriander)
salt and pepper to taste
Aromat (a South African Spice)
1 medium tomato chopped
1 medium onion chopped (drain juice)
METHOD
soak bread in milk and butter and microwave for
about 2mins
add all ingredients together and mix well
place in an oven proof or pyrex dish, sprinkle tal (sesame seeds)
and bake at 180 degrees, preheated.
