INGREDIENTS
250 g fettuccineCook in salted boiling water 1 cup basic tomato chutney - add 4 tablespoon puree to it when cooking 1 cup white sauce 1 cup basic green chicken- fillet cubes-cook with olive oil,garlic,green chillies ,crushed jeera ,lemon pepper,salt,3 tablespoon lemon juice,½ cup water1/ 4 cup grated cheese½ cup tomato chutney
METHOD
Combine the 1 cup tomato chutney with white sauce ,chicken,cheese and place fettuccine on a serving dish.Spoon the chicken and chutney mixture over.Drizzle the other ½ cup tomato chutney over the chicken mixture. Alternatively mix the fettuccine with chicken ,chutney,and white sauce mixture. Sprinkle some cheese and heat
