INGREDIENTS
2 cups flour
2 teaspoon baking powder
2 tablespoon ghee (Clarified butter)
½ cup warm water
½ cup warm milk
Salt to taste
Pepper to taste
METHOD
Mix flour, baking powder, salt and pepper in a dish. Rub in the ghee (Clarified butter). In a jug, mix the water and milk. Pour wet ingredients into the dry ingredients little at a time. Forming a soft yet firm dough. Roll out on floured surface, cut and fry till golden brown.
INFO & TIPS
You can freeze the dough for up to 3 months.
When needed, remove from freezer and leave out till it gets to rooms temperature before using.
