Soak about 6-8 tablespoon sago in water and set aside.
Melt butter in pot and add the following:
2 chopped onions ,
2 kg cubed chicken fillet,
4 tablespoon lemon juice , salt to taste , 2 teaspoon lemon pepper , green masala to taste, red ginger garlic masala to taste, 2 teaspoon crushed garlic
Allow to cook then add sago...continue stirring.
Once sauce is thick add 2-3 tablespoon piccalilli and 2 teaspoon dhana Jeeru (Cumin).
When cool add chopped dhana. fill in pie dough as desired.
