5 to 7 Boiled and mashed potatoes
1 teaspoon Jeeru (Cumin)
1 teaspoon Asafoetida / ingredients powder
2 to 3 teaspoon garlic
2 to 3 teaspoon crushed green chillies
1 teaspoon arad (Turmeric) ( tumeric)
1 ½ teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon sugar
Chopped dhania (coriander)
1. Boil and mash potatoes and leave it to cool.
2. Take a pot add little oil and heat wen oil is hot add in little Jeeru (Cumin) ( dnt let it get black) ingredients powder and curry leaves.
3. Add in crushed green chillies and garlic and mix .
4. Add in your mashed potatoes and mix.
5.thereafter mix in arad (Turmeric) ,salt, lemon juice and sugar. Leave on low heat for 3 to 4 minutes .
Take of the stove and add in your chopped dhania (coriander) and mix.
Make dough with:
4 cups flour
4 tablespoon ghee (Clarified butter)
Water as required
HOW TO ROLL IT:
Roll into a small saucer like size circle.
Put a round ball of potatoe filling and close the dough forming a round ball.
Roll it into a medium size circle (don't press the rolling pin to hard otherwise the filling will come out) .
Thereafter cook on tava(roti pan)
