Sesame Seeds Puri

INGREDIENTS

500g cake flour
1 tablespoon ghee (Clarified butter)
1 cup sugar
1 cup corn flour
1 tablespoon white sesame seeds
1 teaspoon saffron
1 cup milk
1 teaspoon baking powder
oil to fry

METHOD

Add ghee (Clarified butter) in to corn flour and cake flour.
Mix rest of the ingredients.
Make a dough.
Roll in small puris and fry

Rub the ghee with corn flour and cake flour.
