RECIPE
Marinate fillet:½ kg chicken fillet1 ½ teaspoon mazeinaSaltRed chilliesGinger garlicMarinate chicken over night Fry till done.
Sauce:1 ½ tablespoon olive oil 4 cloves garlic sliced 2 big onion wedges Ginger stripped 2 carrots ,sliced oval Just the Juice of 1 can pineapple Sauté all the above.Add:1 cup boiling water2 tablespoon tomato sauce heaped1 ½ tablespoon vinegar1 ½ tablespoon Worcester sauce1 tablespoon sugar2 tablespoon mrs balls chutneyAdd in chicken.Let it boil little bitAnd thereafter add ½ a pepper(cut in squares) and 1 tin pineapple.
Lastly before serving put little bit of mazeina and water make a paste to thicken.
SPICE RICE:1. Boil 1 ½ cups rice half way drain and rinse with cold water.2. Sauté half an onion(sliced in butter add frozen corn and ½ of a pepper(cubed) add spice for rice and ½ teaspoon salt .u can also add mixed frozen veggies. 3. 1 tablespoon ghee (Clarified butter) (Clarified butter) at the bottom of the pot.mix the rice and veggies and allow it to steam until done.
