2tblsp black pepper, freshly ground
1 teaspoon white pepper
salt to taste
Combine the ingredients in a small saucepan and allow to simmer for 20 minutes, uncovered, until the sauce has reduced and reached the consistency of runny custard (sauce needs to be able to coat the back of a spoon well).
Serve with steak, on burgers, etc.
