RECIPE
500gr Nespray
I tin nestle cream (sml)
Put nespray in a dish.sprinkle nestle cream over. Mix tog with a fork. Set aside for half and hour. Process till fine in processor or coffee grinder.
Then add:
¼ cup crushed or ground almonds
1 ½ teaspoon Elachi (cardomom) powder
¾ cup sifted icing sugar
Boil the following;
60gr butter
1 cup sugar
1 cup milk
Boil for 8 minutes on high,then add 1 cup fresh cream (250mL).Boil a further 6 minutes. Remove frm stove. Add to the nespray.mix wellM it must absorb immediately. Leave aside and mix till smooth.
Variation
For pista (pistachio nuts) burfee, add 1 cup ground pista (pistachio nuts) and a few drops green colouring while hot
