RECIPE
Puri
1 cup flour.
1 level teaspoon baking powder.
½ teaspoon sugar.
¼ teaspoon salt.
1 tablespoon butter.
¼ cup water
¼ cup milk
Method:

Mix all the dry-ingredients in a bowl
Rub butter into flour and make it into bread crumbs
Warm your liquids and pour into flour and make a soft dough
Roll out dough to size of side plate and deep fry
Chicken strips
1kg fillet.
1 teaspoon salt
¼cup lemon juice.
1 teaspoon barbeque spice
¼ cup milk.
1 teaspoon chicken spice
1 teaspoon peri peri spice or fine red chillies
1 teaspoon garlic
1 teaspoon mustard powder
½ teaspoon black pepper
Marinate chicken in above and leave to for a while and then mix:
1 cup cake flour,
1 teaspoon barbeque spice,
1 teaspoon baking powder,
Aromat (a South African Spice) and
parsley.
Coat chicken in flour mixtuer and allow to stand for 10 minutes.coat for a second time then deep fry in fairly hot oil till golden brown
Salad of choice.
