INGREDIENTS
chicken
freshly ground chillie paste
saffron
chillie powder
dhana jeera
salt
ginger and garlic
tomatoe paste
fresh tamato
vineger
lemon juice
ghee (Clarified butter)
peppercorns
Elachi (cardomom)
METHOD
marinate chicken in all the above ingredients besides the tomato paste overnight.The next day add peppercorns and Elachi (cardomom) to ghee (Clarified butter) add chicken when done then add the tomato paste.Remember to taste for salt and chillies.
