Steam cubed butternut in enough water and 1 tbdp brown sugar till soft an mushy Season with salt pepper with back of spoon mash butternut til smooth (can use masher or back of spoon) add ¼ to ½ cup fresh cream heat an serve immediately.
Cream Spinach.
1 bunch chopped til fine. Saute 1 chop onion and little butter til soft. Add spinach green chilli 2 teaspoon crushed garlic an salt cook til done pour ¼ to ½ cup fresh cream 1 tablespoon brown sugar simmer til thick. (Must not dry ) serve immediately
1 Kg Prawns,deveined and butterflied. 3 tablespoon Chopped Garlic. 4 tablespoon Kashmiri Chili Spice. 2 tablespoon Robertson Exotic Thai. 1 tablespoon freshly cracked Black pepper. 1 tablespoon Lemon Juice. ½ teaspoon Sugar. 3 tablespoon All Gold Tomato sauce. 125g butter for grilling .
Combine all the ingredients together.Melt butter and brush all over prawns.Grill in a preheated oven and grill for max of 15 minutes .
Kashmiri Sauce (replica of Jimmy’s killer Prawn) . 125g Tomato paste. 2 tablespoon Kashmiri Chilli Spice. 4 tablespoon Butter. 1 teaspoon Chilli powder. 5 tablespoon cream. Salt to taste. Sprinkle of Sugar .
In a saucepan,combine all ingredients on medium heat, bring to boil and allow sauce to reduce when prawn comes out of oven,lavishly cover in the sauce and serve hot.
