1 teaspoon crushed garlic
1 med onion, grated
coriander leaves, chopped
3 tablespoon dry bread crumbs
2½ teaspoon ground green chillies
1½teaspoon crushed cumin
1½ teaspoon teaspoon crushed dana
1 teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon black pepper
Spring onions
Mix everything together. Shape in small balls. Flatten a bit. Fry in swallow oil.
Puri
1 cup flour.
1 level teaspoon baking powder.
½ teaspoon sugar.
¼ teaspoon salt.
1 tablespoon butter.
¼ cup water
¼ cup milk

Rub butter into flour and make it into bread crumbs
Warm your liquids and pour into flour and make a soft dough
Roll out dough cut and deep fry
