RECIPE

Vermicelli Dessert
⅓ cup vermicelli braised in 1 spoon of ghee (Clarified butter) till light pink. Add 1 litre milk, 1 ½ teaspoon ghas mixed in water, 1 tin condensed milk, 1 tin nestle dessert cream. Let it boil. Put some on a spoon once setting add rose syrup. Whisk. Leave in fridge to set.
