Tawa Garlic Bread

RECIPE

Tawa garlic bread
2 ‎cups cake flour
2 teaspoon baking powder ‎
Pinch of salt
1 tablespoon ghee (Clarified butter)
½ cup yogurt
Lukewarm milk ʈɵ make dough
Sift dry ingredients together. Add ghee (Clarified butter) and mix. Than add yogurt and milk.
Roll small rounds and cook on tawa.
Lemon butter sauce:
¼ - ½ lb butter
2-3 tablespoon mayo
1-2 teaspoon Aromat (a South African Spice)
2-3 tablespoon lemon juice
3-4 tablespoon fresh cream. Bring ʈɵ boil.
Brush on bread and grill ḭñ oven.
