INGREDIENTS
250g butter
1 cup oil
1½ cup castor sugar
2 teaspoon baking powder
½ teaspoon bicarb
±3½ cup flour

METHOD
Place the oil in the fridge overnight to chill. Beat butter and sugar until creamy. Add the baking powder/bicarb and elachie. Pour in the oil and mix well. Add the cake flour little at a time until you get a soft dough. Bake until light brown. ±20 minutes.
