malaai (cream) BOTI 2kg chıc fıllet large cubed 11/2 teaspoon garam masala 2 teaspoon dhana /Jeeru (Cumin) 2 teaspoon Salt
Grıand dhanıa, mınt 3 teaspoon of crushed garlıc 3 teaspoon of crushed green chıllı
Grıand ınto a paste
½ cup mayo ½ cup fresh cream
Marınate overnıght wıth all ıngrıdıents , braaı or grıll and baste.
I grılled the chıcken and reserved the excess marınade. Add a lıttle ghee (Clarified butter) to pot add the other ½ of fresh cream to the left over marınade. Add thıs to ghee (Clarified butter) and sımmer on medum heat for about 5 mıand , add grılled chıcken to thıs and cook for about 5 mınutes then add maızena mıxture (2 tablespoon) and thıcken . The consıstency ıs not lıke butter chıcken ıts much thıcker Serve wıth garlıc naan,salad and what ever sıde dısh u prefer.this recipe was from Tasneen Ganie
