INGREDIENTS
2 tablespoon red masala
Or ginger garlic and red chillie powder mix
3 to 4 tablespoon lemon juice
Salt
2 teaspoon dhania (coriander) powder
2 tablespoon tomato sauce
Half teaspoon black pepper
1 tablespoon tomato paste
little fried onions
arad (Turmeric)
Paprika
METHOD
Marinate chicken in spices above then
Heat 2 tablespoon ghee (Clarified butter) 1 tablespoon butter and 1 tablespoon oil,
Add 2 whole cloves
2 whole Elachi (cardomom)
2 whole pepper corns
1 cinnamon stick
Add chicken and allow to cook on v low heat...thats the trick to roast chicken
Fry potatoes and add jus before serving and simmer...garnish with dhania (coriander)

Can add potatoes.cook same tym wth chicken..aso nice serve wth roti veggies n salad..my sisters recipe..I alwys use this recipe..
